I usually get 7 hours of sleep per night but lately rely on two cups of coffee per day to keep going. I get migraines and have been told by numerous doctors that I need to cut out the caffeine completely. By the time I get home I have to take a half hour nap to get through my workout and busy life. I'm desperate for advice for how to increase my energy level but am hesitate to take any additional supplements that may cause my heart to race.

I'm told that babies just get rashes and to not worry or take them too seriously. but serisa is my first baby so i'm a naturally cautious parent!  The rash is raised and white surrounded by red.. which looks like poison oak but because it disappears and reappears in other places, it must NOT be poison oak.  probably just a harmless baby rash!

My son was seen when he was 18 mths - 24-30 mths and they did not know if he was autistic or not. Now at 14 he has to be seen again.  So I am desperate to get to the bottom of this and not be left with just complex learning difficulties.  Any help is a bonus.
