diarrhea but no stomachache

diarrhea, stomach noise

I often have diarrhea after breakfast but no stomachache. I can hear noisy stomach though. Anyone knows why?

    It's possible you have an allergy to a food you're eating.  I would suggest getting a food allergy test.
