It's true: there's lots of mold out here, and when I was tested for allergens, it was discovered that I was allergic to many outdoor molds but none of the indoor ones, which explains why I never thought it was mold in the past.This has been a particularly bad year for allergies in Seattle. The late-running winter weather and the late-coming summer sun has created an atmosphere in which many plants are still spewing their pollen into the air in the middle of summer. To find out the best treatment for you, however, I would seriously consider seeing an allergist instead of trying to deal with things generically (OTC drugs, nasal washes, etc). Knowing is half the battle, and in my case, I was able to figure out what to do around my house to keep the allergens themselves at a minimum.

I think mold is really cause for concern out here. I'm not sure exactly how you cope with a mold allergy. One of my family members actually didn't move out to the Pacific Northwest for that very reason.
