Can anyone recommend wrist stretches for RSI in the wrist?

I'm getting persistent pain in the my right wrist, radiating from the about four inches below my wrist right up to my pinky finger.  It is exacerbated by typing and using the computer.   I suspect it's some kind of repetitive stress injury (RSI).  I have been to my doctor and have been prescribed massage -- which I haven't done, yet -- and we discussed physical therapy. It hurts!  Can anyone recommend any wrist stretches?
