Anyone tried healthy recipes for kids food from cookbooks Jessica Seinfeld's Deceptively Delicious, or Lapine's The Sneaky Chef? What do you think?

Last year there was a lot of press on these two books (and whether Seinfeld copied from Lapine). The complete titles are, "Deceptively Delicious: Simple Secrets to Get Your Kids Eating Good Food," and  Missy Lapine's "The Sneaky Chef: Simple Strategies for Hiding Healthy Foods in Kids' Favorite Meals." (As a result of hearing some of their ideas, I now eat steamed, mashed cauliflower, instead of mashed potatoes. Who'd a thunk!)
