my baby has a rash that looks like poison oak but disappears after a short time and then reappears in another place. any ideas?

I'm told that babies just get rashes and to not worry or take them too seriously. but serisa is my first baby so i'm a naturally cautious parent!  The rash is raised and white surrounded by red.. which looks like poison oak but because it disappears and reappears in other places, it must NOT be poison oak.  probably just a harmless baby rash!
