Going for test for asd What questions should I ask regarding this or just take a day to day diary of my sons day (autistic tendencies)

My son was seen when he was 18 mths - 24-30 mths and they did not know if he was autistic or not. Now at 14 he has to be seen again.  So I am desperate to get to the bottom of this and not be left with just complex learning difficulties.  Any help is a bonus.
