How far would you go to "cure" your child with Autism?

I have recently read about children who have gone through the GF/CF diet, B12 shots, Chelation, scoping of the intestines, an elemental diet, biopsies for lyme and lumbar punctures....

I am heartbroken for these children...can I be the only one?

It is heartbreaking. To me all invasive procedures are off the table.
Every day we strive, if not to vanquish, to at least subdue this thing called autism. And everyday, I’m sure, we also dream of more than survival – we dream of a cure. But a cure is only possible with research. Unfortunately, the amount of research being done pales in comparison to the affected population.
