I don't have sources or whatever, but I've heard Costco are amazing to their employees, as far as health insurance, pay, etc, which is in such stark contrast to their competitor (you know, the one that rhymes with Talmart).

We've got most care covered 100%, zero copay. Additionally, there are health perks that go beyond such as weight loss programs and a full gym membership.Microsoft also has one of the most progressive coverage policies I've ever seen, offering Same Sex Domestic Partners the same exact health benefits as they do for heterosexual marriages.
