Where does the fat go?

I've noticed on nutrition labels, sometimes the total fat content doesn't add up.  The total amount of fat will be listed, but when it is broken down into saturated, trans, poly- and mono- unsaturated sometimes there is 0.5 to 1 grams of fat unaccounted for when added against the total fat content.  Anybody know why this is?

    I don't know the full answer to your question, but I believe that food companies are allowed to round down when the amount of a given macro-nutrient (fat, protein, carbohydrate) ...
