I agree with the previous writer, but I would also like to ask my doctor, how I could check my health better at home. For example how to measure pH value, in which situations to take my puls, how to check reflexes, visual problems etc..  

And I would also like to discuss with my doctor for example how to prepare rose hips to eat and other berries in the nature/wood- and what fruits and plants can be good for and how I can awoid be infected by parasites or similar things, if I eat a lot of things from the nature. 

During my annual exam, I leave the questions to things that don't seem right with me at the time, and I ask my doctor to look into it for me and tell me what they think. But I think it also depends on your age, and if there are any diseases that are common for your age group, like asking about if there are any exams that should be routine for your age group (I.E. colonoscopy, etc.). Don't forget to get an annual skin cancer screening, although that's probably best done with a dermatologist from what I've read b/c they're more thorough than a general practitioner.-Jessica
