Is there anyone you know who have had stem cell therapy to treat;or possibly cure autism.

when watching a video on "youtube", i came across a video about an eight year old autistic girl who had received stem cell thearapy to treat, or possilbly "cure" autism. Before the therapy; this girl couldn't talk and had very little reponse to her parents. After receiving the thearapy;she could talk, and was able to interact with her parents;and was mixing with the other kids at school .She was more able to focus on her school work;and had moved from the bottom of her class to the top.

Do you know if stem cell thearapy is available for adults?, and if "yes",how much does the treatment cost? I would  appreciate it if someone can answer this question;as i am desperate to find a cure for this "cruel" condition.
