Can anyone suggest some snacks or mini meals, preferably lower in fat or calories, that I can eat throughout the day to help keep up my energy?
From your answers, I've realized that I shouldn't feel badly about my after work mini naps and need to try Yerba Matte. I think the answer to my energy dilemma might be a combination of exercise and nutrition. I'm reading up on eating several mini meals throughout the day instead of having lunch. Can anyone suggest a few tasty mini meals or snack to help me keep my energy up throughout the day?
