Will exercising in the morning give me more energy throughout the day or will I just feel exhausted by lunch time?

I usually get 7 hours of sleep per night but lately rely on two cups of coffee per day to keep going. I get migraines and have been told by numerous doctors that I need to cut out the caffeine completely. By the time I get home I have to take a half hour nap to get through my workout and busy life. I'm desperate for advice for how to increase my energy level but am hesitate to take any additional supplements that may cause my heart to race.

Hi Marc - I've been told the exact opposite. If you get migraines, cut the caffeine. Caffeine makes my migraines worse and makes me dehydrated which prolongs my migraines.
