I must admit I'm a bit of an anxious person.. okay that's an understatement. My husband says I worry about EVERYTHING! I currently go to counseling, but as far as day to day living I feel like a ball of stress, worrying about little things, or thinking about all that I have to do and rarely taking time to just relax and enjoy the moment. Is there anything that you do that helps in situations like these? How do you tell yourself to not worry about it? I also don't take medications, even of the naturopathic variety and I would rather not.
Thank You,
Jessica
