New features, bug fixes, and free t-shirts, oh my!
Hi everyone,
In case you didn't catch our latest blog post, we've been busy here at Trusera.
Here is a summary of the cool new features you'll see on the site:
- Easier registration. Your friends will not have to request membership anymore. New people are able to sign up right away now.
- Collections pages. We've introduced a way to highlight content in one topic area for you. For example, you can view the Autism Collections page.
- Cut-and-paste support. We heard from a number of you on this one. You wanted a way to easily copy and paste content from Microsoft Word to Trusera. We're happy to let you know that you can now do this! Right now we've built support for Internet Explorer (IE). If you copy and paste using IE you'll be able to preserve the essentials. We're working on providing support for other browsers.
And, here is a summary of the big bugs we've fixed:
- Log-out bug. The Trusera site would say you were logged in even after you logged out. This is no more!
- Timestamps. The last version of the site changed the date on questions when they were answered. We've fixed this. We're now moving on to fixing the other timestamp problems.
- Inbox notifications. Personally, I'm thrilled that this one is fixed. It was really bugging me (no pun intended). Now, once you read a message in your Inbox, you will not be alerted to read it again on the homepage.
- Many, many more.
Want a free t-shirt? Go check out our blog post on our August features and fixes for details.
Do you have feedback for us? We'd love to hear from you. We want to make sure we're headed in the right direction. You can send us feedback here. (Be sure to select the radio button next to, "I have an idea for Trusera.")
I hope you enjoy the new features. See you around the site!
