Six months into my exercise "intentions into reality" I am loving it. I'm doing a dance-like class 2-3 times a week and sometimes even a yoga class (like today). I have not lost weight, but am much fitter, blood pressure is down and I feel stronger.
I'm at the phase of life where insomnia is raising its head and I keep hoping the exercise - particularly the yoga - would help, but that is still a challenge.
