Saw it in a Prevention magazine email newsletter this past week. The article is titled, "The Veggie Factor."
I'm printing out the list and placing it on my fridge, next to my list of the 14 Super Foods and their sidekicks, from The SuperFoods RX Diet by Wendy Bazilian and Steven Pratt. (I've been incorporating the SuperFoods into may daily meals for about a year.) Think I'll try following Prevention's breakout more closely.
