Journal Finding time...

I cannot seem to make working out a priority. I enjoy it when I'm out there...running, biking, walking, yoga. But everything else always semmes to take priority. I guess it goes back to the old saying that you have to take care of yourself first in order to be of value to anyone else or the world. And have you ever noticed that when you do work out, everything seems to fall into place? You never miss that hour that you spent on your self. In fact, it generally makes the days much more fruitful. In the mean time, I'm searching for a mantra to help inspire and remind me.

    I know what you mean. What I do is have set days that I work out, and I don't miss. Ever. Well, unless I have a sick child and can't get out of the house, or if I've got a fever....
