Graves again

I knew something was wrong because I'd shake and overheat with even the tiniest bit of exercise.

When the endocrinologist said I was probably only slightly hyper-thyroid, I disagreed. He told me to go ahead and exercise. I just haven't been able to do it. I hate feeling shakey.

So I got a call yesterday from the endocrinologist's office. The Graves is more elevated than he thought. I've got to double my Tapazole dose.

Last time I took this much Tapazole I gained 20 lbs. every 6 weeks. In the end I gained 70 lbs. in one year. I don't want to do that again.

Which brings me to my question - anyone know any simple vegetarian diet plans? I'm thinking of trying the LA Weight Loss plan again, but I'd rather try something new.
