Schedule changes
We've been waiting for our 'official diagnosis' appointment since September. It's been on the calendar since January. I sent a note to the school last week. April 4 is supposed to be the day Max and I go to Seattle Children's Hospital for our appointment.
Yesterday the doctor postponed the appointment until Monday.
Max is especially sensitive to schedule changes. Last night, each time I told him we were going on Monday instead of Friday, he screamed. It's not that he was excited about the testing - he was just prepared for a day off from school and something special happening.
Max spent the night doing the whiney scream and cry like he did when he 'lost' the video game for a couple of days ('lost'- because I still believe his sister hid it from him).
Max is at work with me right now. I couldn't find anyway to get him to accept today as a regular day. So it's a skip school day and that's not regular.
I hope my boss understands.

Actually the doctor is having a rough pregnancy. I hope we can get the testing done before she take maternity leave. The dude was good at work for 4 hours. I then got someone...

Doctor probably wanted to play golf - Too bad you can't charge him for missing the appt. like he would have charged you. I'm glad you have Max at work and imagine he isn't much...
