NPR: Drugs Hint At Potential Reversal Of Autism

NPR did a story this morning about the research work of Fraxa around drugs to treat autism. It's a powerful story about a couple's journey to find a treatment for their son.  The story also talks about the research their foundation, FRAXA, has done around FragileX.  They are not promising a miracle cure, but they do make it sound promising.

Interestingly, the couple highlighted in this story were inspired by the 1992 movie Lorenzo's Oil to go waiting for a treament to "Maybe, I can do something about this."
