My husband died in 1984.  I had to diagnose him.  The Dr's didn't think men got lupus.  He went through 4 1/2 years of hell.

I have an inflammatory form of arthritis.  I am currently taking an antibiotic based on research I did and presented to the Dr. 

Did he do any work??  No. When did the healthcare system become about the Dr's and their needs and not about the patients. 

I also have several other conditions, fibromyalgia, COPD, and an unusual form of lung cancer.  BAC, Broncoaveolar carcinoma, and I get Basal cell skin cancer regularly. 

The FDA and our government are failing us.  Why is the head of quality control not up for manslaughter in the recent case of tainted heparin, imported from China? 

Why do our congress persons and senators take such large sums of money from drug companies.  Is that why our drug costs are out of control?
