Nickys Birthday and Other Stuff
My youngest grandson's birthday is this month and he will be 8 yrs. old.
We are looking forward to another little baby grandchild next October, and hoping this baby will make it - like live - mom's lost five others and with our set of twins we were very sad when they didn't make it. No more naming them ahead of time and buying them clothes this time till closer to a full-term birth - this is just one baby and mommy will be stitched up to help prevent losing the little one. I got to watch the ultra sound and see the heart beating and the little lower body moving like crazy. Did the same with Ashley and Colin and ended up holding their precious little tiny bodies in my hands. We don't have a preference on the gender, but daddy wants a boy. He was such a cute and precocious little boy himself. One morning he got up before we were and came into our bedroom crying that his mouth was burning - he had made his own toast and put hot pepper on it when he thought it was cinnamon! So determined to be a "big boy" and wanting to run the show. He started walking at 8 months - more like running, busy, busy boy. Now he will be the daddy to whatever this baby is if this baby gets a chance to make it. We are all pulling for it and them.
Nickys birthday is this month and I would like to get him something he really likes. I've gotten him so many cars and transformers I thought I'd like to get him something I've read about on Trusera for a little 8 year old Aspie boy. I've heard about special sitting pillows and some kind of snake and I've seen a picture of a tramp for one that is safe. He has a special sling chair that hangs from the ceiling and he swings in it. Any good ideas? Nicky is high performing and such a handsome little boy and sweet and sensitive. Thanks for any ideas.

The mini tramp I saw advertised had its own netting around it. It looked like it might be hard for a boy to hurt himself on it. Does yours have the netting too? There is a big...
