Have you heard of this video system for children with autism?

Caring Technologies, founded by a father of a teenager with autism, has received national attention for its development of a video capture technology.

Have you tried it?

The company’s technology, called BI Capture, is designed to give doctors better data to make complete diagnoses. It works like a Web camera hooked to a PC, and the trick is in the software that buffers video before an adult hits the record button. The video system can be activated remotely, after a patient exhibits erratic behavior, and the system is always recording. The tool gives doctors the ability to better analyze behavior.

I just read about it in the news, because of a lawsuit between a top executive and a former exec there. It sounds like it could be useful, though.
