“Autism affects as many as 1 in 150 people, yet we know hardly anything about it. I’m ashamed to admit that I came to understand it late in life. My two sons have autism. I’ve seen first-hand the daily struggles parents go through. Education and awareness are the greatest tools we have to fight it. I’m finding ways to use both.
