Should more companies have programs to hire someone with autism or Asperger's

An electronics company started a program to hire people who have autism or Asperger's, saying that they can be a major asset to companies. Very cool.

F.A.C.T. assists potential employers in matching the skill sets of adults with Autism to various job descriptions which enables a good fit for the employer and employee.

    I do think that companies should give people with aspergers and autism a go.They will not know if we are good or an assists unless they try.
