How do you feel about these ADHD and autism ads?

An ad agency made these so-called ransom notes to help people become aware of adhd and autism. The ADHD one is above. Here's an example of the autism one:

''We have your son. We will make sure he will no longer be able to care for himself or interact socially as long as he lives.''

Advocates for children with autism and for other special-needs children said the ads reinforced negative stereotypes.

Thousands of parents complained, according to the story in the New York Times, and the ads were pulled two weeks later. What do you think?
