I recently had a cortisone shot in my knee for arthritis and have been experiencing leg cramps.

My friend is having surgery for a torn meniscus, and was told by the surgeon that he would also scrape away some of the arthritis in/on her knee, at the same time. Has anyone ever had this done?

My 86 year-old Dad was recently put on Coumadin after being diagnosed with an irregular heartbeat. I was told that green leafy vegetables could affect his Coumadin level, which needs to be monitored regularly. We have decided to eliminate those vegetables from his diet. Are there are any other dietary restrictions that any one is aware of that we should consider?
