Two years ago I injured myself playing softball. Likely it was a pulled periformis muscle, maybe the glut, maybe the IT band. Although I did PT over the winter, it still didn't feel quite right.This summer, I re-injured it, the same way, softball. Then to add to the injury, I fell on my bike, right on the same hip.
