I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease in Jan. of 2008. This is an auto-immune condition where my body attacks itself anytime I eat anything (not just food, it could be medication or even cosmetics) containing gluten. Other than that I am a fairly normal person.

I think I may have a problem with gluten as well. How did you determine you had Celiac? Is there a blood test available?
