I continue to follow the integrative treatment path that I began when I was diagnosed. I believe strongly in the importance of attacking cancer with every weapon, and providing my body what it needs to remain healthy. I also continue to love chocolate, and have to balance my desire to be healthy with my desire to treat myself. I haven't really got the balance right yet.

I really think that the naturpathic and homeopathic treatment I had during chemo made a huge difference. I was working, although I was able to cut back considerably, and it wasn't easy. I also like the fact that I am continuing to get support from a naturpath at my clinic. I like working with alternative medicine practioners who specialize in oncology. And I was hugely lucky to find a clinic where the allopaths work with and respect the naturpaths, Chinese medicine practitioners, and mind-body medicine specialists. It was and is very convenient to have the whole treatment team on the same sheet of music. I'd be happy to answer any questions, or give more detail if anyone is interested.
