I am passionate about the important role of caregivers. I filled that role for 2-1/2 years, helping in my wife's battle with Hodgkin's disease and I would like to share my lessons with other caregivers and provide encouragement to those with serious illnesses.

Caregiving is gratifying. It's part of our human connectedness. However, it can also take over one's life. Learning to be a caregiver and take care of one's self is a hard lesson...

Caregiving is gratifying. It's part of our human connectedness. However, it can also take over one's life. Learning to be a caregiver and take care of one's self is a hard lesson, but necessary to learn, if we are to live through the experience.
