I never was very good at navigating! I need bigger buttons, bigger arrows and some general translations - this is supposed to be a personal message not a comment, but I can't figure out how to do that yet! The echolalia seems to come in waves around here, sometimes they're both doing it independently and sometimes they sort of feed off each other, it can be most disconcerting if you're not used to it. Greetings, Melissa here - super mom is my day job. Hah, just kidding. I am a freelance writer as well as a mother of two children on the autism spectrum. My son has Asperger's Syndrome and comorbid anxiety and ADHD; his doctor actually classified his ADHD as severe, he's the hyperactive/impulsive type. Love that bouncy little guy. My daughter was originally diagnosed with Autistic Disorder (aka classic autism, Kanner's autism) but has made tremendous growth that should she be reassessed today she'd likely end up with a diagnosis of PDD-NOS. She also deals with asthma. She's my smiley and now very talkative little girl. My house is the house of As. Both children's first names start with the letter A plus we deal with the joys of Asperger's, Anxiety, ADHD, Autism, and Asthma. I am beginning to loathe the letter A. *grin*
