Journal ExerciseA Journal is a daily blog where people can reflect on health and well-being.

It is so hard to start an exercise program and takes so much effort. Especially when you are older and not as limber as before. One tip is to just start asking yourself if you might be able to walk where you are going instead of drive. Our life does not always allow us this luxury, especially if you are living in the burbs. Seattle and surrounding area are actually easier to do that than other cities I've lived i.e, Chicago, Minneapolis.Other options are taking stairs instead of elevators.…[more]
