I've found that garlic tablets (with parsely, and not taken before a work meeting), help a lot, as does the form of zinc that you suck, which binds with the virus and keeps it from replicating. The problem with both is that they can cause stomach upsets. I'm looking for other options, as well.

I can walk outside to empty the garbage and have six bites thorough my clothes. I have allergic reactions to most bites, and have to use cortisone cream immediately, to stop that.
