I live an active lifestyle and strive to maintain my well being, which for me means striking a balance and making my health a priority. For the most part, I am fortunate to have a good health track record, despite the occasional aches and pains from scoliosis and an old neck injury. As my family ages, I’m learning about some of the genetic health challenges that may await me and I am interested in taking preventative measures to fend off these age related issues.
