So I actually made it to weight lifting yesterday.  I went to the Functional Strength for Everyone class at the Y.  I thought I'd start on an easier class and work up to Strength Training or Boot Camp.  I enjoyed the class over all except for one thing.  We warmed up on the stationary bikes used for the spinning class.  They are so uncomfortable, awkward and have the worst seats imaginable.  No wonder I don't like spinning classes.  Those seats are so painful that I am wondering whether I can stand to do that again.
