I was diagnosed with RA five years ago when I was a freshman in college. It was a hard and difficult road that first year, but I stuck it out and graduated in four years with a Bachelors of Journalism. I just finished getting a Masters in Journalism and am currently in search of an amazing job to launch my career (which will hopefully push me closer to my dream of becoming editor-in-chief of Cosmopolitan). As for my personal life, I love walking outside in snow storms almost as much as I love sitting on the beach at night and listening to waves crashing on the shore. I am a big fan of ethnic cuisine and enjoy trying new things. I try to go to the gym as much as possible but end up a little short of that. (I’m only human!)
