It's always a challenge to get into the fitness groove, so I decided to hire a personal trainer to help me stay motivated and get toned. I felt that working with a trainer was a great start for me. I definitely feel inspired after each session. Other than that, I have found that staying active recreationally, whether that is taking a walk through the neighborhood or going on a bike ride, is a good way to keep fitness low pressure and fun.
