Overall, I consider myself to be pretty healthy. I grew up in a family of nutritionists so my dietary habits were constantly informed (my mom even used to put water in my apple juice as a child!). One big problem I've faced is TMJ. I've had quite a few dental issues--braces and then years later TMJ treatment through my dentist which I'm finishing up as we speak.

Hi Rosie,

Thank you for the welcome! To tell you a little about my interests: I come from a family of nutritionists (mother, aunt, and now sister) which has given me an inside look at nutrition and a keen interest in our diet and other areas of nutrition can help the body. Also, my dad was diagnosed with Parkinsons a few years ago, and I am interested in others' experience with the disease and what has helped. I'm sure this list will expand as I become more familiar with Trusera. :)
