Hi! My name is Angi, I'm a 34 y/o Breast Cancer Survivor who after just 3 years from original diagnosis, has been found to have Recurrent Breast Cancer even though I had a double mastectomy. I am in the process of breast reconstruction - and now sit in limbo as I wait for test results of multiple scans to be read so I can see a new oncologist and find out what my treatment will be. I have a blog that is under my bookmark section - feel free to check it out! Thanks for stopping by!

You tell this story just as I remember it -- four sessions with the AC drugs, the Neulasta, the port, the MUGA scan, the TV, the mom. Funny how our journeys can be so similar -- yet so different at...

This article has taught me so much, first and foremost that you can never be too young to start monthly breast self-exams.

ScrapAddict! The wonderful thing about your story is not just how you tell it, but the details you provide for others! Thank you! Jude

Welcome, ScrapAddict! Thanks for joining us! I've recommended your blog on the site as bookmark. That way other members can see it when they're searching for Breast Cancer information. If you have other resource that you'd like to share with the community, go to MyTrusera, Content, and then Bookmarks. You'll see a tool you can download on the right-hand column. Sorry that it's so buried, we're working on that! Jude

Angi,

Thanks for finding me! I am just starting to post my entire story also. It's three years old now -- I was diagnosed at age 34 -- and I too have a personal blog that details my whole story. Slowly but surely, I'll tell it all here too. Come see me at cancerspot.org if you wish.

I am so sorry to hear your cancer has come back -- I'll be keeping up with your progress and I wish you the very best!
